Subscription Questions

When does my box ship?
Subscriptions process on your monthly anniversary date and ship within 2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves our facility.
Can I skip a month?
Yes — log into your account and skip any upcoming shipment up to 48 hours before your process date. No questions, no penalties.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at a 15% discount. You still receive monthly shipments on the same schedule — you just pay once and save. Toggle the switch above to see annual pricing on each plan.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between Curated, Reserve, and Build Your Own at any time from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How is the beef shipped?
Every box ships in our insulated packaging with gel ice packs. Beef arrives frozen or cold — safe to refrigerate and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for up to 12 months.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your account — no calls required, no cancellation fees. For annual subscribers, unused months are refunded on a pro-rated basis. Contact us if you need any help.
Do subscriptions qualify for free shipping?
The Curated and Reserve plans always ship free. Build Your Own orders ship free when the order total exceeds $150 — which most do.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. During checkout, select "This is a gift" and enter the recipient's details. We'll send them a branded welcome card and coordinate their delivery address. Contact us for custom gift options.
